摘要 A system and method for communicating with an augmented reality display system. The method includes generating, with an electronic processor, a first image at the augmented reality display system, the augmented reality display system including a field-of-view. The method further includes generating a second image on a portable electronic device. The method further includes positioning the portable electronic device within the field-of-view of the augmented reality display system. The method further includes capturing the second image, by an image sensor, at the augmented reality display system. The method further includes displaying the second image overlaid on the first image.
