安徽吉曜玻璃微纖有限公司是國家高新技術(shù)企業(yè)，專業(yè)研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)超細玻璃纖維及其制品，坐落于蘇浙皖三省交界處的安徽省廣德縣經(jīng)濟開發(fā)區(qū)，周邊“兩個半小時經(jīng)濟圈”有上海、杭州、南京、合肥等4個省會城市，產(chǎn)品可從上海、寧波、蕪湖等集裝箱口岸出口。吉曜玻纖成立于2010年8月，現(xiàn)有職工200余人，占地面積95畝，是國內(nèi)第一家專業(yè)生產(chǎn)5微米以下超細玻璃纖維的企業(yè)，并獨立研發(fā)建設(shè)了國內(nèi)唯一的干法VIP真空絕熱板生產(chǎn)線，2013年形成年產(chǎn)1.5萬噸的超細玻璃纖維和100萬平方干法VIP真空絕熱板生產(chǎn)能力。圍繞超細玻璃纖維和干法真空絕熱板，吉曜玻纖擁有一系列專利和知識產(chǎn)權(quán)，目前技術(shù)水平和研發(fā)能力位于行業(yè)首位、國際領(lǐng)先水平，生產(chǎn)的干法VIP真空絕熱板主要應(yīng)用于冰箱冰柜等的保溫隔熱，產(chǎn)品絕熱性能與日本韓國等的一流家電企業(yè)產(chǎn)品性能相當。 Anhui Ji Yao Glass Micro-fiber Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise, specializing in R&D of ultra-fine glass micro-fiber and related products. The Company is located in Guangde Anhui Economic Development Zone, at the junction of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui. It enjoys a close distance to many cities – the “half hour economic cycle” includes four provincial capitals: Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing and Hefei, which provide a convenient access to the famous container ports in Shanghai, Ningbo and Wuhu. The Company was founded in August, 2010. Covering about 16.65 acres, the Company now has more than 200 employees. It is the first company in China to manufacture ultra-fine fiberglass with a diameter within 5 μm, and has independently finished the R&D of the production line of dry method vacuum insulation panel (VIP). In 2013, the Company has achieved an annual output of 15,000 tons of ultra-fine fiberglass and 1,000,000 ㎡ of dry method VIP. Ji Yao Glass Micro-fiber Co., Ltd. also possesses the patents and intellectual properties of ultra-fine fiberglass and dry method VIP; its technology and R&D ability remains to be the primacy in China, and also highly competitive in the world. The properties of the dry method VIP mainly applied in thermal insulation of refrigerators and freezers are competent to its counterparts in the leading household appliance industry in Japan and Korea.
